Responsible for promoting and developing the game across the County. In delivering these aims, Rugby development staff work to an annual managerial plan in assisting Clubs and Schools to increase participation, providing opportunities to develop coaching skills and to increase playing performance. |

work of the Rugby Development Officer, who is responsible to the RFU, is overseen by the |

CLUBS must have a Child Protection Policy and have appointed a
Child Protection Officer. It is important that all players
are protected and kept safe from physical, sexual and emotional harm
while they are with the club's coaches, helpers and other volunteers. Mrs. Fran Pass has been appointed by Sussex R.F.U. as Child Protection Officer. For full details click |
