A 'Constituent Body' of the RFU, who empower it to organise and regulate all Rugby Union in
East Sussex, West Sussex 
and Brighton & Hove.

It was the first Rugby Union, so it isn't called 'The 'English' RFU. From Twickenham, it governs all Rugby in England, picks English teams and owns the Stadium and funds the Game

Based in Dublin, the forum for all Rugby Nations .  It agrees Law changes, fixes Tours and owns and runs the World Cup and the IRB Sevens
