THE RUGBY UNION DEVELOPMENT SCHEME

is responsible for promoting and developing the game across the County.    In delivering these aims, Rugby development staff work to an annual managerial plan in assisting Clubs and Schools  to increase participation, providing opportunities to develop coaching skills and to increase playing performance.

The work of the Rugby Development Officer, together with Kent, Hampshire and Surrey, is overseen by the
