Founded in 1934, the Sussex Fixture Bureau still provides an invaluable link between Clubs, both for planning the Season's games and for arranging games at short notice. An annual meeting is held in June, when Fixtures Secretaries meet to complete their arrangements.

ALL fixture requests must be submitted to
 sussexrufb@hotmail.com
 and will appear on the Website normally within 24 hours, usually quicker.  
To accept a fixture you can e-mail the Club Fixtures Secretary direct, with a copy to the Bureau, who will then remove it from the site. 
The Website also contains link to Fixture Secretaries Contact details, and links to the League structure, Structured season, Regulations and structure of the Sussex RFU leagues for all club sides, and all League Fixtures for Sussex Clubs.

Clubs are reminded that they are expected to fulfil their fair share of away fixtures and are encouraged if necessary, to arrange with their opponents to play with less than 15 players   wherever it can be arranged.  In the Sussex Leagues,
